Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Inseer account and associated personal data at any time. Choose whichever method is easiest for you.

Option 1 — From within the app

  1. 1Open the app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account.
  3. 3Tap “Delete account”.
  4. 4Confirm the action when prompted.

Option 2 — By email

  1. 1Send an email to privacy@inseer.in from the address associated with your account.
  2. 2Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
  3. 3Include the app name and your account email so we can verify your identity.
  4. 4We'll confirm once your account and data have been deleted.
Request deletion

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and account information
  • Content you created or uploaded
  • Usage and preference data linked to your account

What we may retain

  • Transaction records required for tax/accounting
  • Data we must keep to comply with legal obligations
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics that can't identify you

Processing time

After we verify your request, your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
