01Introduction
At Inseer LLC (“Inseer”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”) we take your privacy very seriously. This policy is designed to comply with applicable data protection laws — including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — and with the privacy and user-data policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

We collect only the data necessary to provide the Services. The categories of data may vary by application:
1. Data you provide directly
- Account data: name, email address, username, and password.
- Profile data: photo, date of birth, gender, preferences, and any data you choose to add.
- Payment data: handled securely by the app store or payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

- Communications: information you share when contacting support.
2. Data collected automatically
- Usage and interaction data: features used, screens visited, frequency, and duration of use.
- Device data: model, manufacturer, operating system and version, language, time zone, and unique device identifiers.
- Diagnostics and performance: crash reports, error logs, and stability metrics.

- Location data: approximate or precise location, only if you grant the corresponding permission.
3. Data from third parties
- If you sign in through an external provider (for example, Apple, Google, or Facebook), we receive the basic information you authorize from that service.
05How we use your information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Create, manage, and authenticate your account.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Personalize your experience and show relevant content.
- Process in-app purchases, subscriptions, and transactions.
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Send you commercial or promotional communications, where you consent.
- Analyze usage to understand trends and improve performance.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
06Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the Services you request.
- Consent: for example, for marketing communications, personalized advertising, or access to device permissions. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interest: to improve, protect, and secure the Services, provided your rights do not override it.
- Legal obligation: when the law requires us to process certain data.
07Device permissions
Our apps only request the permissions necessary for specific features, and always with your prior consent. You can grant or revoke each permission at any time in your device settings:
- Camera: to take photos or scan codes within the app.
- Photos / Gallery: to upload or save images.
- Microphone: for recordings or voice features.
- Location: to offer location-based features.
- Contacts: for invite or connect features, if any.
- Notifications: to send you relevant alerts.
- Storage: to save necessary files.
If you decline a permission, you can still use the app, although some features may be unavailable.
08Third-party services and SDKs
To operate and improve our apps we use trusted third-party services and software development kits (SDKs). These providers may process certain data under their own privacy policies. Depending on the app, we may use:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) — policy
- Google Analytics — policy
- Google AdMob (advertising) — policy
- Apple (App Store, push notifications, sign in) — policy
- Meta / Facebook SDK — policy
- Stripe / RevenueCat (payments and subscriptions) — policy
- Sentry (error monitoring) — policy
The specific list of third parties applicable to each app is detailed on its store listing (Apple Privacy Labels and Google Play Data Safety section).
09Advertising, tracking, and identifiers
Some of our apps may display advertising or use analytics that involve unique identifiers.
- iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT): on Apple devices we will request your explicit permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites or accessing the IDFA. You can manage this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android — Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising identifier and turn off ad personalization in your Google settings.
- Personalized advertising will only be enabled with your consent where required by law.
11International data transfers
Your data is primarily processed on servers in the United States and may be processed in other countries that might not offer the same level of protection. Where required, we adopt appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure an equivalent level of protection for your information.
12Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access controls and authentication.
- Secure storage and data minimization.
- Ongoing monitoring and periodic review of our systems.
No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
13Data retention
We retain your personal data while your account is active or as long as necessary to provide the Services. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, for tax or accounting obligations).
14Account and data deletion
In line with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time through any of these options:
- In the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the instructions.
- By email: write to us at privacy@inseer.in indicating the email associated with your account and the relevant app.
After verifying your identity, we will delete your account and personal data within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days, except for data we must retain by legal obligation. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Under applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access: obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restriction and objection: restrict or object to certain processing.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise these rights, write to us at privacy@inseer.in. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
16California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA grants you additional rights:

17Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country, e.g., 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
We comply with the U.S. COPPA law, the Google Play Families Policy, and the Apple App Store Kids Category guidelines. If you believe a child has provided us data without authorization, contact us at privacy@inseer.in and we will delete it promptly.
18Push notifications and communications
With your permission, we may send you push notifications related to the service or promotions. You can turn them off at any time in your device or app settings. Email communications always include an unsubscribe option.
20Links to third-party sites
Our Services may contain links to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; we recommend reviewing their policies before providing them your data.
21App Store and Google Play compliance
We declare that our applications comply with the user-data policies of both platforms:
- Apple App Store: our Privacy Labels accurately reflect the data collected and its use, and we respect the App Tracking Transparency framework.
- Google Play: each app's Data Safety section truthfully declares what data is collected, shared, and how it is protected, in accordance with the User Data policy.
22Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal or service changes. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you through the app or by email.
