Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) form a legal contract between you (“User” or “you”) and Inseer LLC (“Inseer”, “we”) and govern access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services (the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

• Application: any mobile app developed and published by Inseer LLC on the App Store or Google Play.
• Stores: the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• User Content: any material the User creates, uploads, or shares through the Services.
• Account: the personal registration that grants access to features of the Services.

Inseer provides digital applications and platforms designed to help users with various tasks. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, any feature of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

To use the Services you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country). If you are a minor, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and complete information.
• Keep your credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@inseer.in.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app or by request as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to download and install one copy of the Application on a device you own or control, and to use it solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is also governed by the usage rules of the store from which you downloaded the Application.

When using the Services, you agree NOT to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Post illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent content, or content that incites hatred or violence.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service except where the law expressly permits.
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated means.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of providing the Services. You are solely responsible for your Content and warrant that you have the necessary rights.

In applications that allow user-generated content, we apply a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content or abusive behavior. To this end:

• We require users to agree to these rules before posting content.
• We provide a mechanism to report inappropriate content.
• We provide the ability to block abusive users.
• We remove infringing content and eject responsible users within 24 hours of a report.

Some features may require a one-time payment or a subscription. In that case:

• Prices, duration, and terms will be clearly shown before you confirm the purchase.
• Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the relevant store (Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing) and are also governed by their terms.
• Payment will be charged to your store account upon confirming the purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' refund policies, as they process payments directly. We recommend requesting any refund through the relevant store. Notwithstanding the above, we will honor the withdrawal and refund rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, code, and other materials of the Services are owned by Inseer LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership rights in the Services beyond the limited license described in these Terms.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Services (“Feedback”), you grant us the right to use them freely, without any obligation of compensation or confidentiality, to improve our products.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, payment gateways, maps, or social networks). We do not control and are not responsible for such services, which are governed by their own terms and policies. Your use of them is at your own risk.

We strive to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may release updates, patches, or new versions that may be necessary to continue using the Application. Some features may require an internet connection or a minimum operating system version.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or for security reasons. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, etc.) will remain in effect after termination.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inseer LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inseer LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

If you download the Application from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and prevail in the event of a conflict with the rest of these Terms:

• Acknowledgment: this Agreement is entered into solely between Inseer and you, not with Apple. Inseer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
• Scope of license: the license is to use the Application on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules.
• Maintenance and support: Inseer is responsible for maintenance and support; Apple has no such obligation.
• Warranty: in the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Product claims: Inseer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Application (product liability, legal compliance, consumer claims, etc.).
• Intellectual property: Inseer, not Apple, is responsible for any third-party claim that the Application infringes intellectual property rights.
• Legal compliance: you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any prohibited-party list.
• Third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

If you download the Application from Google Play, you acknowledge that your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Application. Purchases are governed by Google Play's payments and refunds policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that is not possible, it shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Delaware, United States, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Services or by email and will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the changes take effect implies acceptance.

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Inseer.
• Severability: if any clause is held invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may.
• Waiver: failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of it.
